Illustrative pricing in USD, provided for planning only. Final fixed fees depend on your agreed scope, room sizes, and project complexity. Furniture, materials, tax, freight, contractor work, and installation are additional unless expressly included in your proposal.
Your proposal defines the design deliverables, revision rounds, and schedule included in your fixed fee. Additional rooms or changes to scope are discussed before any extra work begins.
The sample fees cover design services. Furniture, finishes, shipping, tax, construction, and installation are budgeted separately unless your written proposal says otherwise.
